Atraso na entrega, não dá tempo nem de conferir o pedido, pois chega atrasado e o motoboy sai apressado pra fazer outras entregas.
Pedi x-bacon, colocaram calabresa. Pedi adicional de queijo e não veio.
O x-tudo não veio nada.
faltou tudo nos 4 sanduíches que solicitei: presunto, tomate, alface, bacon e queijo.
Se não tem todo o material pra atender o cliente, encerra o atendimento!!!!
Isso é falta de empatia com o cliente, falta de consideração! É um absurdo!
I placed the order and nothing came that was requested and paid for.

I ordered x-bacon, they put pepperoni. I asked for additional cheese and it didn't come.
The x-everything came nothing.
all 4 sandwiches I ordered were missing: ham, tomato, lettuce, bacon and cheese.
If you do not have all the material to serve the customer, close the service !!!!
This is lack of empathy with the customer, lack of consideration! It's an absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive uma experiência péssima com essa loja, fiz um pedido 20h30 e após 3h de espera me disseram que a pizza foi roubada e teria que esperar outra. Como fiz um pagamento por Pix e eles tb disseram que não estavam com tempo para devolver o dinheiro. Enfim, fiquei de mãos atadas e não atendem o telefone. Mais comprem nessa unidade.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this store, I placed an order at 20:30 and after 3 hours of waiting I was told that the pizza was stolen and I would have to wait for another one. How I made a payment for Pix and they also said they didn't have time to return the money. Anyway, my hands are tied and they don't answer the phone. More buy in this unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumo comprar frequentemente,mas hoje me decepcionei. Comprei um combo de $45 e olha isso. Melhor se eu tivesse comprado a batata de $ 33 em Marechal que vem dez vezes mais batata, calabresa e frango e ainda sobrava troco pois no total incluindo as taxas deu $ 53 ????
I buy often, but today I was disappointed. I bought a $45 combo and look at this. Better if I had bought the $33 potato in Marshal which comes ten times more potatoes, pepperoni and chicken and I still had change because in total including taxes it was $53 ????
