I arrived to wash the car and asked the car wash guy the price and what the service was like. He didn't even answer me straight, loose and rude. I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavagem rapida. Equipe bem disposta ! Fuca a recomendação da mudança do tipo de pano usado para enxugar o veiculo. A lataria deve ser enxugada com pano de micro fibra para evitar arranhao no verniz. O pano usado por eles não recomendavel e marca o verniz. Tirando isso, recomendo!
Quick wash. Well prepared team! It is recommended to change the type of cloth used to dry the vehicle. The bodywork must be dried with a micro fiber cloth to avoid scratching the varnish. The cloth used by them is not recommended and marks the varnish. Apart from that, I recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários desmotivados, panos sujos. Esfregam a parte inferior dos carros (para lamas, estribos de porta etc...) depois passam o mesmo pano no capo e no teto. Utilizaram o mesmo pano em vários veículos. Na secagem mesma coisa - toalhas encardidas. Quando terminaram um veículo colocaram a toalha para secar em cima das plantas que separam o pátio da área dos clientes. Me cobraram aplicação de cera e não aplicaram, nem estornaram o valor. Fiquei decepcionado.
Unmotivated employees, dirty rags. They scrub the underside of the cars (for muds, door stirrups, etc...) then wipe the hood and roof with the same cloth. They used the same cloth on several vehicles. On drying same thing - grimy towels. When they finished a vehicle, they put the towel to dry on top of the plants that separate the patio from the customer area. They charged me for wax application and did not apply it, nor did they refund the amount. I was disappointed.
