★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu shitzu tem 2 anos, veio super saudável e até hoje nunca teve nenhum problema de saúde. As vendedoras são super amorosas com os bichos e dão todo suporte necessário no pós venda. Não tive nenhum problema, foi uma experiência positiva.
 My shitzu is 2 years old, came super healthy and has never had any health problems. The sellers are super loving with the animals and give all the necessary support in the after sales. I didn't have any problems, it was a positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro pela primeira vez para tosar com eles, um Lulu da Pomerania, primeiro que a tosa não ficou boa, mas até ai, tudo bem, porém, depois de 3 dias reparo que eles deixaram o algodão dentro da orelha do meu animal, estava bem fundo, e eu só percebi pq estava batendo o sol nele, ai olhei bem e tava bem fundo, tive que tirar com a pinça! Mandei mensagem para eles e nem ligaram, pediram desculpas apenas, e que acertariam a tosa, apenas! Como se não fosse nada, espero que meu animal não desenvolva uma otite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até agora, tudo certo! Comprei uma shih tzu há, aproximadamente, um mês. É um animal saudável e alegre. Ontem fui informada que o pedigree chegou. O atendimento sempre foi cortês, desde o primeiro contato por telefone. O contrato que apresentam é claro. Agora só falta a castração. Espero que tudo continue como foi até agora.
So far, so good! I bought a shih tzu about a month ago. It is a healthy and happy animal. Yesterday I was informed that the pedigree arrived. The service was always courteous, from the first contact by phone. The contract they present is clear. Now all that's left is castration. I hope everything continues as it has been so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha shitszu pela segunda vez, nessa ida recente acabaram com a tosa da minha cachorra. Porém, tudo começou quando perguntei o valor do banho e tosa para atendente via WhatsApp, a mesma me informou: seg a sexta R$ 100 reais, ok, marquei para então o dia 07/09 feriado.
Chegando lá, mostrei várias fotos, de como gostaria que ela ficasse, mas, o tosador me indicou a fazer a tosa bebê. Concordei, porém, tosaram totalmente ela é tudo errado. A cabeça totalmente torta, raspada mais de um lado que o outro e colmo pelo totalmente marcado, parece que foi cortado com tesoura escolar.
No momento do pagamento, foi cobrado R$ 120, questionei sobre terem me passado outro valor, mas, o balconista disse que era feriado e era mesmo 120, ok, paguei.
No dia seguinte, entrei em contato com a responsável do pet, a Nanci, pediu desculpas e disse que na próxima descontaria os 20 reais a mais, qual a chance de eu voltar lá novamente ? Nenhuma! Cuidado ao levar os petz de vocês, se puder, fique observando a tosa.

I took my shitszu for the second time, on this recent trip they ended up with my dog's shear. However, it all started when I asked the cost of bathing and grooming for the attendant via WhatsApp, she informed me: mon to friday R$ 100 reais, ok, I booked the 07/09 holiday.
When I got there, I showed several pictures of how I would like her to look, but the groomer told me to do the baby grooming. I agreed though, they totally cut her it's all wrong. The head is totally crooked, shaved more on one side than the other and thatched by the fully marked hair, looks like it was cut with school scissors.
At the time of payment, I was charged R$ 120, I asked about having given me another amount, but the clerk said it was a holiday and it was really 120, ok, I paid.
The next day, I got in touch with the person in charge of the pet, Nanci, apologized and said that next day I would deduct the 20 reais more, what is the chance of me going back there again? None! Be careful taking your petz, if you can, keep watching the clipping.
