★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Falta de respeito com o cliente. Liguei pra clínica para dar banho no meu cachorro e eles me informaram que estavam atendendo e que poderia levar o cachorro. Só que quando cheguei lá 11:30, eles recusaram atender, informando que encerrava de 13:00. Absurdo! Nunca mais levo meu cachorro lá. Se não querem trabalhar, fechem!
Terrible service! Lack of respect for the customer. I called the clinic to bathe my dog and they informed me that they were attending and that I could take the dog. But when I got there at 11:30, they refused to answer, saying that it ended at 1:00 pm. Absurd! I will never take my dog there again. If you don't want to work, close!
