Comprei dois medicamento pro meu pet, um dos remédios veio aberto e sem lacre, eu fui trocar imediatamente, a proprietária estava pra fazer a troca quando chega um homem jovem de barba, o provável dono, q começou a gritar comigo, me ofender e me julgar em voz alta. Totalmente desequilibrado e só faltou me bater, pq ele já estava me agredindo verbalmente e tudo isso só pq a moça ia fazer a troca, q é justo.
Eles não emite nota fiscal e não trabalha com máscaras.
Precisa urgente q a fiscalização vá lá.
Isso aconteceu hoje dia 27/10 mas ou menos 14:00.

A pessoa que fica no caixa simplesmente não dá atenção ao cliente, aparentemente a "atenção" varia conforme o valor a compra do cliente. PS: acho que a pessoa do caixa deve ser dona ou sócia.

A caixa só entregava meu produto pago se eu enviasse o comprovante para o whats dele. Mostrei o comprovante e não aceitou, expliquei q no momento não tinha disponibilidade para isto. Não aceitou. Tive q salvar o número para enviar o comprovante, achei um absurdo. Espero não retornar mais lá
