A loja estava passando por reforma.
Nunca levei minha pet para tomar banho e nem Tosar lá. Fiquei um pouco preocupada com os comentários, mas vi que são antigos, mas sobre esse assunto não vou poder ajudar, não tenho intenção de passar por essa experiência.
Mas de produtos vc encontra uma boa variedade de produtos.

Levei o meu shih tzu de 1 ano para tomar banho e fazer a tosa higiênica às 14:30, retornei às 16h para buscá-lo e fui informada que ainda não estava pronto, me pediram até 1h, sendo assim além do pagamento da tosa, fiz o pagamento para trazê-lo em casa já que não poderia esperar todo esse tempo. Passando esse tempo extra solicitado, fiz uma ligação procurando respostas, me pediram paciência e disseram que ele já estava pronto mas estavam esperando o carro para trazê-lo. Mais 30 min se passaram e nada, liguei e fui informada a mesma coisa. Esse infortúnio se prolongou até às 19:46, que foi o horário exato que o meu pet chegou em casa. Muito insatisfeita com a falta de responsabilidade que tiveram com o meu pet, para além do preço de R$76,00 que paguei por isso. Nunca mais voltarei ao local e não recomendarei a ninguém.
