★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, já tem mais de 30 min de atraso e o restaurante nem mesmo tentou o contato comigo! Falta de respeito com o cliente! O mais bonito, é que quem é prejudicado, sou eu que fico com fome e ainda acabo pagando pelo que eu não consumo POIS NÃO CHEGOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem nesse local. 2 horas para entregar e ainda deixaram o pedido errado cobrando o valor do pedido certo (que era muito mais caro). Total falta de competência e consideração com os clientes sem resolver os problemas ou dar algum retorno. Absurdo!!!!
Do not buy at this location. 2 hours to deliver and still left the wrong order charging the right order amount (which was much more expensive). Total lack of competence and consideration with customers without solving problems or giving some feedback. Absurd !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pedi um combo, veio errado, e chegou 3 horas depois ainda faltando batata frita, isso é um desrespeito com o cliente, pior situação que ja passei na minha vida, pelo demora e por pagar e vim faltando o que comprei realmente....
I asked for a combo, it came wrong, and it arrived 3 hours later still lacking chips, this is disrespect for the customer, the worst situation I have ever been in my life, due to the delay and unpaid and I came missing what I really bought ....

No dia 20/08/18, por volta das 00:50h realizei meu pedido via Ifood, entretanto o meu pedido não foi entregue mesmo com a confirmação no aplicativo do Ifood. Para tornar mais desagradável a situação, me informaram que o motoboy já havia saído para cumprir a entrega quando liguei para o estabelecimento. Esperei por mais 40 minutos e nada de entrega. Ligo para o estabelecimento e apresenta caixa de mensagem. Não recomendo pela péssima experiência.ZERO estrela.
I come to report the bad experience I had with Planeta Bourgeois. On 08/20/18, around 00: 50h I placed my order via Ifood, however my order was not delivered even with confirmation in the Ifood application. To make the situation more unpleasant, I was informed that the courier had already left to deliver when I called the establishment. I waited for another 40 minutes and no delivery. I call the establishment and present a message box. I don't recommend it for the bad experience. ZERO star.

Açaí com preço ótimo, gosto ótimo, ainda tem ticket p ir juntando e ganhar desconto, e tb veio uma bala de café de brinde, ganhou meu coração! Ps: acho que a granola eh bem baratinha mas ainda assim vale a pena! Pfv vao pro glovo tbm!!
I ordered açaí at ifood and the estimated time was 45-60min and they arrived at 20 !!! Açaí with great price, great taste, there is still a ticket to collect and get a discount, and also came a candy cane coffee, won my heart! Ps: I think granola is very cheap but still worth it! As porções são abundantes, comi hambúrguer e batata frita e tava de mais.
Não demorou não, a chegada foi antes ainda. O dono do estabelecimento super gentil, atendeu todas minhas dúvidas!
Sem dúvidas recomendo, ganharam uma clienta satisfeita! Nota 10!
