★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levava, sim, levava meu cão pra tomar banho e tosar neste estabelecimento. Embora uma vez demoraram três horas pra COMEÇAR a dar banho nele, machucaram (como quando a gente se depila e dá um ralado), conversei expliquei, aconteceu novamente, mudou o tosador, continuei levando e hoje, dia 5/8/16, o banho que estava marcado para as 14, meu esposo levou na hora marcada, deu 16h30 e nada de ligarem pra ir buscá-lo, então meu esposo foi lá e... Eles só tinham tosado ele, nada de banho, duas horas e meia e o cão louco de latir, sem terminar o banho do bicho. Isso é absurdo, falta de respeito com os animais, um lugar onde deveria ser seguro para eles estarem. Agora vamos a caça de um novo lugar onde se respeite o ser vivo.
Yes, I would take my dog to bathe and shear at this establishment. Although it took me three hours to start bathing, it hurt (like when we shave and grate), I talked and explained, it happened again, changed the groomer, I kept taking it and today, 5/8/16, the bath that was scheduled for 14, my husband took at the appointed time, gave 4.30 and no call to pick him up, so my husband went there and ... They had only shorn him, no bath, two and a half hours and the crazy barking dog, without finishing the animal's bath. This is absurd, disrespectful to animals, a place where it should be safe for them to be. Now let's hunt for a new place where the living being is respected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei várias vezes a minha cachorrinha pra tosar e ir no veterinário,porém uma vez quando fui levar ela eles machucaram ela(cortaram um pouco da pele dela).Hoje não levo ela mais lá e nem compro nada lá,pois nem pra avisar que haviam cortado ela sem querer avisaram.3
