Fui falar com a pessoa responsável e fui tratada grosseiramente como se eu tivesse culpa ou não tivesse que pedir a troca. Até bloqueada no WhatsApp eu fui. Enfim... lamentável episódio com uma cliente cativa. Me senti desrespeitada, sem falar na falta de profissionalismo.
I only bought at the 2m Bazaar. Until they gave me an expired ration. I went to speak to the person in charge and was treated rudely as if I was at fault or didn't have to ask for the exchange. Even blocked on WhatsApp I went. Anyway ... unfortunate episode with a captive client. I felt disrespected, not to mention the lack of professionalism.
