Demora no atendimento.
Nas consultas no notredame cruzeiro do sul a psiquiatria fica no mesmo andar junto com pediatria e gastro.
Profissionais despreparados . Com todos esses problemas um paciente de psiquiatria destruir várias coisa no primeiro andar
I am almost 2 months old. The agreement is equal or worse to SUS.

Unprepared professionals. With all these problems a psychiatry patient destroy several thing on the first floor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo agendamento pra cardiologista e dermatologista nem na unidade Sul e na Unidade Rebouças! Desde a Pandemia, a qualidade do convênio caiu muito! Lamentável porque esse plano é pago e deveria ter um atendimento bem melhor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ . Péssimo plano de saúde! Não façam, se não quiserem se arrepender. A saúde publica é bem melhor, do que pagar esse convenio inútil. Eles dificultam os procedimentos, principalmente quando se refere a reembolso. Quando vc liga pra resolver qualquer coisa, você fica 20 minutos na fila de espera. Pagar esse convenio é jogar dinheiro no lixo.
. Terrible health plan! Don't do it if you don't want to regret it. Public health is much better than paying this useless agreement. They make procedures difficult, especially when it comes to reimbursement. When you call to resolve anything, you are in a queue for 20 minutes. Paying this agreement is throwing money in the trash.
