★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A muitos anos utilizo o benefício. O que poucas pessoas sabem é que é um benefício ao servidor e não um plano de saúde. Se fosse plano teríamos que pagar muito mais. Tive meus dois filhos tudo custeado pelo benefício, exames... internação... anestesia, tudo. Essa questão de atendimento é assim mesmo, as pessoas não tem paciência de aguardar alguns minutos para serem atendidas. Para qualquer serviço de telemarketing tem que aguardar, porque esse deveria ser diferente? Quer agilidade vai autorizar as guias pessoalmente. Não tenho reclamação.
I have been using the benefit for many years. What few people know is that it is a benefit to the server and not a health plan. If it was flat we would have to pay a lot more. I had my two children all covered by the benefit, exams... hospitalization... anesthesia, everything. This service issue is like that, people do not have the patience to wait a few minutes to be attended. For any telemarketing service you have to wait, why should this one be any different? Absurdo o que eles vem fazendo com os servidores. Mais de 30 dias aguardando autorizarem um procedimento cirúrgico simples. Acabaram com um plano que no passado já foi bom. Nota ZERO
