E os moradores poderiam ser um pouco mais cordeiais uns com os outros , ter o mínimo de educação uns com os outros , em questão de um bom dia boa tarde e etc .
De resto muito tranquilo , vista maravilhosa e super confortável

And the residents could be a little more cordial to each other, have a minimum of politeness with each other, in a matter of a good morning, good afternoon and so on.
Otherwise very quiet , wonderful view and super comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando mudei, me falaram que o lugar era uma zona, mas, até então, não tinha tido problemas. O pessoal da portaria e limpeza é muito legal e educado, mas, a adm, uma zona. Se vc não estiver no grupo do WhatsApp, vc não recebe as informações, pelo q entendi. Agendei um serviço e meu prestador foi impedido de fazê-lo pq o feriado aqui não havia sido antecipado. Não há nenhum lembrete falando sobre isso em nenhum dos elevadores e portaria, que já filmei. O local está agora com uma nova administradora (uma tal de rosendo) cujo síndico se comprometeu a enviar um documento timbrado me mostrando tal informação. Vou aguardar.
When I moved, they told me the place was an area, but so far, I hadn't had any problems. The concierge and cleaning staff is very nice and polite, but the admin is a zone. If you are not in the WhatsApp group, you do not receive the information, as I understand it. I scheduled a service and my provider was prevented from doing it because the holiday here had not been anticipated. There's no reminders talking about this in any of the elevators and lobby I've filmed. The place is now with a new administrator (a rosendo) whose landlord has promised to send a letterhead document showing me this information. I will wait.
