★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poderia ser melhor, pois deveria diminuir a rotatividade de funcionários, já que muitos são contratados e não tem a chance de terminar os 3 meses de experiência, pois são dispensados antes do prazo determinado, injustamente. Isso faz com que o indivíduo fique com a "carteira suja" (pois são dispensados em 1 ou 2 meses, sem uma justificativa plausível, assim o prejudicando em um próximo processo seletivo), além de tirar a segurança de estar em um trabalho fixo de diversas pessoas que necessitam sustentar a si mesmos e suas famílias. ??
It could be better as it should reduce employee turnover as many are hired and do not have a chance to finish the 3 months of experience because they are waived before the deadline determined unfairly.
