★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante movimentado, com alguns problemas de agilidade nós caixas de pequenos volumes, a demora em atender tem sido considerável. Por um lado isso é bom mas para os clientes que querem ser atendidos rapidamente, é um transtorno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, dois jovens que não sabem atender cliente e nem trabalhar porque não sabem tirar nem uma fatura completa. E cobram até pelo watzap que vc usa com seus dados móveis. Reclamei também na Administração do shopping porque um atendimento ruim desse interfere na reputação do próprio shopping. E em plena pandemia ainda existe gente assim....que pena. Paguei a xerox e me deram só a metade da fatura sem valor, sem nada, daí fui reclamar ficaram foi tirando onda da minha cara na maior falta de respeito. Nunca mais volyo lá. Menos HUM CLIENTE PRA ELES.
Lousy service, two young people who do not know how to serve a client or work because they do not know how to get a complete invoice. And they even charge for the watzap that you use with your mobile data. I also complained to the mall's management because such poor service interferes with the mall's reputation. And in the middle of a pandemic there are still people like that ... what a pity. I paid for the photocopy and they gave me only half of the invoice with no value, with nothing, so I went to complain they kept blowing my face in the greatest lack of respect. I'll never go there again. Less HUM CUSTOMER FOR THEM.
