Você compra um plano trimestral em 10/março, certo de que (dado o nome "TRIMESTRE"), terá 3 meses de aulas - na prática, até 9/junho. Acontece que a casa encerra seu período no fim de Maio (!). Você compra um trimestre de 3 meses e leva um de 2 meses e pouquinho. Como essa regra espúria não é (nem de longe) explicada no início, é óbvio que qualquer cliente mais atento fica se sentindo desrespeitado, pra não dizer tapeado. Isso é prática arcaica de negócios, em pleno 2022 o consumidor quer as coisas às claras, senão é óbvio que nunca mais volta.
The infrastructure is good and the people are nice, but the house has a grotesque rule of counting how many classes the student paid for. You buy a quarterly plan on March 10, certain that (given the name "QUARTER"), you will have 3 months of classes - in practice, until June 9. It so happens that the house ends its period at the end of May (!). You buy a quarter of 3 months and take a quarter of 2 months and a little. As this spurious rule is not (not even remotely) explained at the beginning, it is obvious that any attentive customer is left feeling disrespected, not to mention cheated. This is archaic business practice, in the middle of 2022 the consumer wants things out in the open, otherwise it's obvious he'll never come back.
