Péssimo serviço ao cliente !!! E olha Q nem é de graça eu estou pagando pra instalar e usar os serviços mais estou à 10 dias sem nada e ágora mais 4 dias !!! Absurdo!!!
I've been waiting 10 days for the internet to be installed at my residence and today they called me to say that they will only come on Monday, that is + 4 days waiting!!! 14 days for internet installation I have never seen this!!! Terrible customer service!!! And look Q is not even free I'm paying to install and use the services but I'm 10 days with nothing and now 4 more days !!! Absurd!!!
