Agora neste período de quarentena que as demandas por embalagens subiram, não identifiquei alteração de preços, mas dificuldade em disponibilidade de opções de sacolas de papel pardo, mas os auxiliares que ficam em cada departamento são muito atenciosos e prestativos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência no dia de hoje no feriado do dia 25, onde tive que esperar horrores porque a loja não tinha sistema e os funcionários tinham que anotar as compras no papel em pleno 2021. Sem sistema uma loja desse porte tem que fechar as portas e reparar oque está errado no sistema, e não fazer com que nos clientes tenhamos uma expêricia ruim dessa, lucrar é importante mas não ter a satisfação do cliente nao tem valor algum.
I had a bad experience today on the 25th holiday, where I had to wait horrors because the store had no system and employees had to write down purchases on paper in the middle of 2021. Without a system such a store has to close its doors and repairing what is wrong with the system, and not making our customers have a bad experience like that, profit is important but not having customer satisfaction is of no value.

Atendimento perfeito, as meninas muito atenciosas e pacientes.
A Suelen que recebeu minha encomenda pelo whatsapp além de ótima profissional é um amor.
O preço é o melhor de todos os lugares que pesquisei, chega ser 3x mais em conta dependendo do lugar.
Os balões são lindos, a variedade de velas e acessórios para festa é bem grande.

Perfect service, very attentive and patient girls.
Suelen who received my order by whatsapp, besides being a great professional, is a sweetheart.
The price is the best of all the places I researched, it can be 3x cheaper depending on the place.
The balloons are beautiful, the variety of candles and party accessories is very large.
