A Nádia é uma simpatia e está sempre disposta a tirar as dúvidas.Os rapazes da instalação também são muito educados e chegaram no horário marcado. A janela ficou maravilhosa, ótimo acabamento. Estrutura firme. O preço também foi justo, ótimo custo-benefício. Realmente indico a Plenna Acústica, sem dúvidas.
 Based on the comments here, I hired Plenna to make my window. From the first contact to the submission everything was perfect. Nádia is sympathetic and is always ready to answer any questions. The boys at the facility are also very polite and arrived on time. The window was wonderful, great finish. Firm structure. The price was also fair, great value for money. Durante todo o processo, fui muito bem atendido pelo consultor Wellington. Só não foi tudo perfeito porque quando já estava sem a janela antiga, com o vão pronto após a obra de retirada, a empresa falou que adiaria em uma semana a instalação, mas o impasse foi contornado com a ajuda do Wellington e instalaram no dia combinado. Além da boa consultoria e da qualidade do produto, a instalação também foi bem feita. Recomendo.
