★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei dois ventiladores para concertar e após 3 dias começaram a parar. Tive de levar novamente e gastar com mais estacionamento, pois disseram-me q não tinham o ticket para isentar do estacionamento. Vc leva, não consertam bem e ainda tem de pagar 4x estacionamento. Fora o atendimento péssimo. A mulher, uma senhora q atende é sempre antipática. No dia q fui levar para reparo pela 2x ela disse a uma cliente q iria ao banheiro e demorou mais de meia hora pra voltar e qndo voltou trazia um carrinho cheio de compras do supermercado Pão de Açúcar. Deixou clientes esperando no horário comercial para fazer compras. Nada contra ir ao banheiro, mas o restante da atitude me espantou. Todas as vezes q fui tratou mal a mim e clientes. Nunca mais volto e ainda falarei para conhecidos não levarem lá. E o Center um cobrar 8,00 por 1h é abusivo, a tolerância é só de 10 min. para não pagar ticket. Em Fortaleza é muito raro atendimento de qualidade e simpatia, parece q estão nos fazendo favor. Espero q os ventiladores não parem de novo. Lamentável, tanta gente precisando de emprego e essa senhora tratando mal os clientes e os fazendo esperar.
ATUALIZAÇÃO 22/09/21 - o ventilador pifou pela terceira vez. Já levei 2x para reconcertarem e essa é a terceira vez que o aparelho pifa em menos de duas semanas de uso, cheiro de queimado que ficou na casa por horas. Nunca mais levo nada para concertar nessa loja. Gastei metade do preço de um novo para ver o aparelho ir e voltar do concerto com eles 3x. Absurdo. Estraga até a garantia vender e não concertam.
It took two fans to fix and after 3 days they started to stop. I had to take it again and spend it on more parking, as they told me they didn't have a ticket to exempt from parking. You take it, they don't fix it well and you still have to pay 4x parking. Apart from the terrible service. The woman, a lady who attends, is always unsympathetic. On the day I went to take it for repair by 2x she told a customer she would go to the bathroom and it took more than half an hour to come back and when she came back she brought a cart full of shopping from the Pão de Açúcar supermarket. It left customers waiting during business hours to shop. Nothing against going to the bathroom, but the rest of the attitude amazed me. Every time I was treated badly to me and clients. I'll never come back and I'll still talk to acquaintances not to take them there. And the Center charging 8.00 for 1 hour is abusive, the tolerance is only 10 min. not to pay a ticket. In Fortaleza, quality service and friendliness are very rare, it seems that they are doing us a favor. I hope the fans don't stop again. Regrettable, so many people needing jobs and this lady treating customers badly and making them wait.
UPDATE 9/22/21 - the fan went out for the third time. It's already taken me 2x to reconfigure and this is the third time the device goes down in less than two weeks of use, a burning smell that stayed in the house for hours. I never take anything to fix in this store again. I spent half the price of a new one to see the device go to and from the concert with them 3x. Absurd. Damages until the warranty sells and does not fix.
