 I bought a PLUG LAR product through the Americanas store website and it was due for delivery on 05/22, but they did not deliver it to me, nor did they give me any satisfaction.

Tentei contato pelo WhatsApp para saber mais informações sobre o que está acontecendo mas não respondem minhas mensagens. Nem pelo chat da Shopee! Inclusive liguei para o número que está no site de vocês mas está programado para não receber ligações. Vou acionar o Procon e o ReclameAqui. Se tivesse visto as avaliações aqui anteriormente não teria nem se quer comprado nessa loja. Falta de respeito total com os clientes! Não comprem que é golpe na certa!
Lousy! I placed my order at the beginning of last week on your website and until today they haven't sent it! I tried to contact WhatsApp to find out more information about what is happening but they do not respond to my messages. Not even for the Shopee chat! I even called the number on your website but it is programmed not to receive calls. I will trigger Procon and ReclameAqui. If I had seen the reviews here before, I wouldn't have even bought it at this store. Lack of total respect for customers! Don't buy it, it's a scam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de alguns produtos em 19/10/21, porém não entregaram um deles (após questionamento, informaram que não havia mais em estoque, mas mesmo assim cobraram por ele!!!). Em 28/10/21 informaram que realizariam o estorno, mas NADA. Após novo contato, nova promessa. Até hoje não devolveram o valor do produto cobrado indevidamente! Cuidado! A empresa é DESONESTA. Vou tomar as medidas judiciais cabíveis.
I made a purchase of some products on 10/19/21, but they didn't deliver one of them (after questioning, they informed me that they were no longer in stock, but they still charged for it!!!). On 10/28/21 they informed that they would carry out the reversal, but NOTHING. After new contact, new promise. Until today they have not returned the value of the product unduly charged! Watch out! The company is DISHONEST. I will take appropriate legal action.
