 Employees are not qualified. I printed cards in Super A3, some cards were passed by Corel, they came out without any formatting, unlike the other invitations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem dúvidas a pior gráfica de Valadares. Desrespeito com o cliente total. O atendente simplesmente me destratou e o proprietário ainda tentou me humilhar. Além da qualidade das cópias e dos serviços serem péssimas.
Undoubtedly the worst graphic in Valadares. Total disrespect for the customer. The attendant simply mistreated me and the owner even tried to humiliate me. In addition to the quality of copies and services being terrible.

Fazer um pedido por email ou whatsapp e pagar pelo PIX além de prático evita de ficarmos aglomerados num determinado estabelecimento. Porem a PLUS não me deu essa opção. Fiz um pedido de orçamento pelo whatsapp, enviei a arte pronta para fazerem só a impressão e faria o pagamento adiantado a vista, mas não aceitaram e me disseram que eu deveria ir até a loja pra isso. ?
After a pandemic, technology was even more in our favor. Making an order by email or whatsapp and paying by PIX is not only practical, it prevents us from being crowded in a certain establishment. But PLUS didn't give me that option. I made a request for a quote via whatsapp, I sent the artwork ready to do just the printing and I would make the payment in advance, but they didn't accept it and told me that I should go to the store for that. ?
