Uma mulher me atendeu e não fez questão nenhuma de ao menos ter uma conversa decente! Agora são exatamente 16h44 dia 13 de maio 2020
A terrible service! I'm even here in the front now and I made a point of writing. I came super far because on the website it says the time is until 6pm and I got here all closed. A woman answered me and made no attempt to even have a decent conversation! It is now exactly 4:44 pm on May 13, 2020

Registrei alguns problemas com a qualidade da tinta (pigmentos de outra cor na textura e grãos), no dia pediram para deixar o material e iriam retornar sobre o problema na outra semana. Passados 7 dias voltei e a atendente sem a menor vontade de resolver minha reclamação disse que não faz troca e que a pessoa responsável saiu sem previsão de retorno. Como consumidor de pequeno volume não resolveram meu problema, saí extremamente insatisfeito, se tiverem outras opções de fornecedor, escolha um que trate o cliente com atenção.
Bad service and after sales. I registered some problems with the quality of the paint (pigments of another color in the texture and grains), on the day they asked to leave the material and would return on the problem the other week. After 7 days I came back and the attendant without the slightest desire to resolve my complaint said that she does not make an exchange and that the responsible person left without an expected return. As a small volume consumer they didn't solve my problem, I left extremely dissatisfied, if you have other supplier options, choose one that treats the customer with attention.

Graças ao meu arquiteto, tenho minha casa de praia no Litoral Norte de SP inteiramente coberta pela textura deles há 8 anos e está impecável, exceto onde outras pessoas, como telhadistas, a arranharam com escadas. Ainda assim, como pretendo introduzir a mesma textura nesta cor da área externa em uma parede interna, o atendente teve a preocupação de me pedir uma amostra para ele tentar considerar qualquer nuance surgida devido ao passar dos anos. Que minúcia! Nunca farei esse trabalho com outra empresa.
I've already been well answered on the phone! Thanks to my architect, I have my beach house on the North Coast of SP entirely covered in their texture for 8 years and it's immaculate, except where other people, like roofers, have scratched it with ladders. Still, as I intend to introduce the same texture in this color of the outer area on an inner wall, the attendant was concerned to ask me for a sample so he could try to consider any nuances that had arisen over the years. How thorough! I will never do this work with another company.
