Aconteceu comigo, fui compra uma bateria pro meu carro, a pressa era tanta que nem sacola pra levar não queriam dar

I didn't like the manager's service, he is representing the company as if he were the owner....so he doesn't behave as such. Very arrogant for a person who holds a position that represents a large company like PMZ.

Lá tem poucos carros, atendimento rápido
Lá tem fornecedor de peças, eles mandam buscar.
Não oferecem café nem água
Mão de obra mais barata.
Ao lado tem PMZ auto peças não tinha minha peça.
I bought a belt and changed it there. The belt was loose... I had to go to the dealership to buy the right belt. They refunded the money for the belt, but they didn't refund the money for the labor.

They don't offer coffee or water
Cheaper labour.
