★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na primeira vez que lá estive, fui muito bem atendido, os preços é o melhor da região, a qualidade dos pneus é ótima, isso permanece, mas da última vez que lá estive, mais precisamente no mês julho/2019, infelizmente amarguei uma experiência muito ruim e desagradável, comprei os pneus, fui fazer a montagem e balanceamento na loja do Sumaré, os funcionários saíram condenando todo o sistema de suspensão do carro, como não fiz nada do que foi condenado, alegaram que p cubo estava ruim, conclusão da história, colocaram a roda de qualquer jeito, 300 metros a frente a roda do carro saiu em movimento, ocasionando um acidente e um prejuízo de 500 reais entre peças, mão de obra e reboque, sugiro ao dono do estabelecimento (que é gente boa) que verifique o profissionalismo dos funcionários que contrata.
The first time I was there, I was very well attended, the prices are the best in the region, the tire quality is great, it remains, but the last time I was there, more precisely in July / 2019, unfortunately I had an experience very bad and unpleasant, I bought the tires, went to do the assembly and balancing in the Sumaré store, the employees came out condemning the whole suspension system of the car, as I did nothing of what was condemned, claimed that the hub was bad, conclusion of the history, put the wheel anyway, 300 meters ahead the wheel of the car left moving, causing an accident and a loss of 500 reais between parts, labor and trailer, I suggest to the owner of the establishment (who are good people) check the professionalism of the employees you hire.
