★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compareci ao local nessa ultima segunda feira, dia 28/03/2022, por indicação de um amigo do meu trabalho, que confia muito no trabalho prestado por esse centro automotivo.
Pra minha extrema decepção, fui muito mal atendido.
1° - Eu informei tudo que ja tinha feito no meu carro e disse exatamente o que gostaria que fosse feito. Simplesmente trocar o par de bieletas, alinhar e balancear.
Resposta da pessoa que me atendeu:
"O meu mecânico é quem vai avaliar e dizer o que tem ser feito" (Esqueceram que o carro é meu e eu faço o que eu quiser) mas até aí tudo bem.
O mecânico avaliou o que supostamente teria que ser feito, sem nem olhar na minha cara, me ignorando totalmente.
Posteriormente me disse que o orçamento estava pronto e era só pegar com a atendente.
Me passaram um orçamento de R$ 1.401,00. ????????????
Estou dando risada até agora.
Obviamente eu sai de lá sem realizar o serviço.
Logo em seguida compareci em outros dois centros automotivos que avaliaram meu carro, dando toda a atenção que se espera de um atendimento e analisando a fundo o meu carro. E realmente constataram o que eu já sabia, era necessário trocar apenas o par de bieletas, alinhar e balancear. NADA MAIS DO QUE ISSO!!!!
Escolhi o centro automotivo que mais me passou confiança e realizei o serviço, que de fato resolveu o meu problema. E detalhe, por R$320,00.
A visão que eu tive, é que forçam a realização de serviços desnecessários. E se a pessoa é leiga, abraça as ideias podres desse lugar.
Nunca mais volto!
I attended the place this last Monday, the 28/03/2022th, on the recommendation of a friend from my work, who trusts a lot in the work provided by this automotive center.
To my extreme disappointment, I was treated very poorly.
1° - I informed everything I had already done in my car and said exactly what I would like to be done. Simply change the connecting rod pair, align and balance.
Response from the person who answered me:
"My mechanic is the one who will evaluate and say what has to be done" (They forgot that the car is mine and I do what I want) but so far so good.
The mechanic assessed what was supposed to be done without even looking me in the face, totally ignoring me.
Later he told me that the budget was ready and I just had to get it from the attendant.
They gave me a budget of R$ 1,401.00. ????????????
I'm laughing so far.
Obviously I left there without performing the service.
Soon after I attended two other automotive centers that evaluated my car, giving all the attention that is expected of a service and analyzing my car in depth. And they really verified what I already knew, it was only necessary to change the pair of connecting rods, align and balance. NOTHING MORE THAN THAT!!!!
I chose the automotive center that gave me the most confidence and performed the service, which in fact solved my problem. And detail, for R$320.00.
The view I had is that they force unnecessary services to be performed. And if the person is a layperson, he embraces the rotten ideas of this place.
Never come back!
