★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei que ia resolver o problema do meu carro mas infelizmente continua do mesmo jeito mas vou procurar meus direitos pq tenho nota do serviço fizeram o serviço no freio da frente e o problema continua agora querem que eu pague pelas peças pra fazer o freio traseiro onde fica o direito do consumidor...... Meu carro saiu da mesma forma que levei, a única diferença é que troquei os 4 pneus .
 I thought it would solve the problem with my car but unfortunately it's still the same but I'm going to look for my rights because I have a service note they did the work on the front brake and the problem continues now they want me to pay for the parts to make the rear brake where it is consumer rights...... My car left the same way I took it, the only difference is that I changed all 4 tires.

Péssimo atendimento, passei por uma humilhação, atendentes de mal com a vida, tratam os clientes da pior forma possível, nunca fui tão maltratada e humilhada desse jeito, propaganda enganosa, só fazem vendas casadas. FUJAM DE LÁ, a pior loja de Bauru.
Liguei ate na filial de Marília pois não queriam me vender no valor do anuncio, mesmo a pessoa de Marília me falando que o gerente autorizou, nada aconteceu, fui embora sem ser atendida e totalmente decepcionada, vou publicar reclamações em todos lugares possíveis para que ninguém NUNCA passe por oque eu passei, estou HORRORISADA.
DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
Terrible service, I went through a humiliation, bad attendants with their lives, they treat customers in the worst possible way, I've never been so mistreated and humiliated like that, false advertising, they only make tie-in sales. ESCAPE FROM THERE, the worst store in Bauru.
I even called the Marília branch because they didn't want to sell me at the ad value, even though the person from Marília told me that the manager authorized it, nothing happened, I left without being answered and totally disappointed, I will publish complaints everywhere possible so that no one NEVER go through what I went through, I'm HORRIFIED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bons de preço. Mas tentam " enfiar " goela abaixo o carro inteiro em peças ameaçando a todo tempo a perda da garantia. Oferecem revisões gratuitas mas não vou levar, pois querem trocar o carro todo. Abordagem estranha com o cliente. Ninguém fica confortável. Só recomendo se cotar o preço , entrar decidido o que vai ser arrumado e sair.
Good for price. But they try to "shove" the whole car down the throat in parts threatening to void the warranty all the time. They offer free revisions but I won't take them, because they want to change the whole car. Strange approach to the customer. Nobody is comfortable. I only recommend if you quote the price, enter decided what will be fixed and leave.
