Consultório impecavél tudo muito organizado e limpo. A atendente é muito educada e solicita. Parabéns para esses profissionais pela educação e gentileza de sempre.
Excellent doctor, great service. Very attentive. He prescribed medication for my son and now he no longer has an asthma attack. Impeccable office everything very organized and clean. The attendant is very polite and requests. Congratulations to these professionals for their education and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei consulta para as 8h da manhã. Cheguei ao prédio onde tinha catracas e ninguém para nos atender, eu e meu marido ficamos procurando por um atendente e nada, cerca de uns 5 min, resolvemos tentar passar a catraca e vimos que estava livre o aceso.
Subimos e chegamos ao consultório entre as 8:05 e 8:10, dei o nome de minha filha, a secretária pegou a carteirinha do convênio e documento, fiquei esperando as outras pessoas que já estavam no consultório para serem atendidas. Já as 8:40 pacientes que haviam chego depois de mim estavam sendo atendidos, então me dirigi a secretária para questionar, a mesma com muita arrogância falou que eu havia chegou atrasada e por isso ela estava passando os pacientes das 8:20 na minha frente.
Então eu falei para ela que poderia ter me avisado assim que cheguei no consultório que me deixaria para encaixe, como eu não poderia esperar pedi para ela cancelar. A secretária por sua vez ficou resmungando enquanto efetuava o cancelamento, e quando já estávamos saindo a mesma falou "da próxima vez fique em casa". Eu então voltei e falei "que atendimento péssimo como aquele não haveria próxima vez" a mesma levantou da cadeira e voltou a balbuciar palavras que eu não entendi pois virei as costas e sai andando.
Resumindo para um consultório que contrata uma pessoa mal humorada, que não sabe falar com pacientes e ainda faz questão de afrontar sem necessidade alguma, fico imaginando o nível do médico que a contratou.
I made an appointment for 8 am. I arrived at the building where there were turnstiles and no one to assist us, my husband and I were looking for an attendant and nothing, about 5 min, we decided to try to pass the turnstile and we saw that the access was free.
We went up and arrived at the office between 8:05 and 8:10, I gave my daughter's name, the secretary took the card of the agreement and document, I was waiting for the other people who were already in the office to be attended. At 8:40, the patients who had arrived after me were being treated, so I went to the secretary to question, she very arrogantly said that I had arrived late and that was why she was passing the 8:20 patients in front of me .
So I told her that she could have warned me as soon as I arrived at the office that she would let me fit, as I couldn't wait I asked her to cancel. The secretary in turn was grumbling while performing the cancellation, and when we were leaving she said "next time stay at home". I then came back and said "what a bad service like that there would be no next time" she got up from the chair and started babbling words that I didn't understand because I turned my back and walked away.
In short, for an office that hires a bad-tempered person, who does not know how to talk to patients and still makes a point of confronting them without any need, I wonder the level of the doctor who hired him.

Recepcionista muito educada, atenciosa,um amor de pessoa... Só tenho elogios a fazer,minha eterna gratidão!!!
Dr. Virgilio is an excellent professional, very human, attentive, explains everything clearly, examines very well, I do asthma treatment and I'm getting better thanks to God and Dr. who is very enlightened. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionista totalmente grossa e despreparada para lidar com o público, cheguei na clínica no horário agendado e o médico estava em reunião, perguntei para a mesma se ela poderia me informar o horário que iria acabar a reunião e não soube me responder, questionei que ela poderia ter me avisado pelo WhatsApp que o médico estava em reunião, a mesma foi uma grossa e sem educação, mandou eu reagendar, porém não é assim, minha filha faltou na escola e eu perdi um dia de trabalho. Não recomendo o atendimento da recepção, falta de comprometimento e irresponsabilidade com horário.
Totally rude receptionist and unprepared to deal with the public, I arrived at the clinic at the scheduled time and the doctor was in a meeting, I asked her if she could tell me the time the meeting would end and she was unable to answer me, I asked that she could having warned me through WhatsApp that the doctor was in a meeting, it was rude and uneducated, he told me to reschedule, but it's not like that, my daughter missed school and I missed a day at work. I do not recommend the reception, lack of commitment and irresponsibility with time.

Terrible! The "doctor" simply said he wasn't going to examine me because he wasn't wearing a bathing suit. Plus it was super ironic! Never come back! I do not recommend.
