★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ASSUNTO RELACIONADO A PNEU PAM CASTELO, inicialmente destaco que eu fui super bem atendido pelo mecânico, ele sim merece 5 estrelas, já o vendedor, que vergonha, não merece nem comentário. Na ocasião eu fui atendendo pelo 'Júlio Cesar', um péssimo vendedor, o qual queria me obrigar a fazer um serviço, isso mesmo, me obrigar a fazer um serviço, aquele verdadeiro tipo de venda casada. Inclusive vou denunciar nos órgãos competentes.
O fato ocorrido comigo no dia 30/12/2021, foi uma tremenda falta de respeito. Sem contar que após os fatos ocorridos, os vendedores ficaram comentando o assunto na minha frente, foi super vergonhoso.
(O mecânico falou que iria conferir alinhamento e balanceamento, e que eu iria pagar somente o que estivesse precisando, não satisfeito o suposto vendedor Júlio Cesar interviu no assunto e falou que uma vez colocado as rodas para conferir o balanceamento ou o carro no alinhamento eu seria obrigado a fazer o serviço. Fica a minha pergunta, como vou fazer um serviço que meu carro não esteja precisando?? Sem contar que eu estava fazendo uma compra de 1,400,00, como se não bastasse os vendedores ficaram falando assim. "vendedores somos nos, mecânicos não devem ficar palpitando em nada não. isso foi uma tremenda falta de respeito.
O nosso bairro merece muito mais do que colaboradores desse nível. Lastimável ter que ficar aqui reclamando atendimento de funcionários que se acham estrelinhas.
A estrutura do estabelecimento é impecável, os mecânicos cuidam do seu veiculo com todo zelo.
Já o vendedor é um tipo de oportunista que só quer levar vantagem, não visa garantir o cliente.
Eu sou cliente da santa helena pneus a muitos anos e nunca tive nenhum tipo de problema, muito pelo contrario, sempre fui bem atendido pelos colaboradores. Dessa vez eu quis ter uma experiência na pneu pam, tendo em vista que na santa helena não tinha o pneu que eu precisava, contudo, não fui atendido como esperava.
Considerando toda situação fatídica, eu não indico a pneu pam a ninguém, principalmente o vendedor Júlio Cesar.

Our neighborhood deserves much more than employees of this level. It's unfortunate to have to stay here complaining about service from employees who think they're stars.
The structure of the establishment is impeccable, the mechanics take care of your vehicle with all zeal.
The seller, on the other hand, is a type of opportunist who only wants to take advantage, does not seek to guarantee the customer.
I've been a customer of Santa Helena Tires for many years and I've never had any kind of problem, on the contrary, I've always been well attended by the employees. This time I wanted to have an experience at Pam Tire, considering that Santa Helena did not have the tire I needed, however, I was not attended to as I expected.
Considering the whole fateful situation, I don't recommend the pam tire to anyone, especially the salesman Júlio Cesar.
