Fast and quality service. There is a waiting room while the car is ready. It has a qualified team and equipment that streamline the service. In less than 2 hours I changed the tires, made alignment and balancing. I will definitely become a customer.

I was very well attended, whose service was quick and efficient. There weren't many tire options for my car, but at least there was. They are divided into 6 installments, which makes the subject's life a little easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei à loja para análise de um barulho na suspensão do carro, estava em viagem e tinha a preocupação no retorno. Ao chegar no local conversei com um atendente (vendedor) e expliquei o que estava acontecendo, perguntei se podia levantar o veículo para a identificação do problema, e após análise me foi informado que o veículo necessitava à troca dos amortecedores e coxins. Não concordando com o diagnóstico tentei argumentar que o barulho vinha das bieleletas (trabalho com veículos a 30 anos) e não dos amortecedores, tive a certeza que o problema era simples para ser resolvido com um custo de no máximo R$ 150,00 (peças e mão de obra). Os funcionários treinados e orientados a condenarem peças sem a devida necessidade não quiseram me ouvir, imediatamente solicitei que descessem o carro do elevador que eu não iria fazer nenhum tipo de serviço.
Viajei com o barulho e ao chegar na minha cidade aubstitui as peças necessárias (bieletas) com um custo de R$ 140,00.
I looked for the store to analyze a noise in the suspension of the car, I was traveling and had the concern on the return. When I arrived at the place I talked to an attendant (salesman) and explained what was happening, I asked if I could lift the vehicle to identify the problem, and after analysis I was informed that the vehicle needed to change the shock absorbers and cushions. Not agreeing with the diagnosis, I tried to argue that the noise came from the connecting rods (I have been working with vehicles for 30 years) and not from the shock absorbers, I was sure that the problem was simple to solve with a cost of at most R$ 150.00 (parts and manpower). Employees trained and instructed to condemn parts without due need did not want to listen to me, I immediately asked them to go down the elevator car as I would not be doing any type of service.
I traveled with the noise and when I arrived in my city, I replaced the necessary parts (biletas) with a cost of R$ 140.00.
