★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até essa loja para por dois pneus alinhar e balancear somente . foi identificado que necessitava de trocar as buchas das balanças concordei porque realmente vi que estavam estragadas. Comprei as buchas e entreguei para que trocasse mas aí começa meu problema ao trocar uma das buchas o mecânico estragou e de forma negligente ele pós ela assim mesmo, entregou o serviço como pronto isso numa quinta feira. no sábado voltei e relatei que o carro estava estalando com um barulho estranho, o mecânico saiu com migo no carro ouviu o barulho e mais uma vez negligente falou que não seria a bucha que poderia ser qualquer outra coisa, fui embora sem resolver o problema, voltei mas uma vez na segunda com o barulho ainda mais evidente as 09:00 da manhã depois de muito tempo de espera sair com um outro mecânico que também já tinha conhecimento do problema é assumiu que sabia que o problema era a bucha mais ainda sim sugeriu que eu desse um pingo de solda isso pra que o amigo dele não tivesse que pagar a peça que o mesmo danificou detalhe isso danificaria a balança prejuízo dobrado falta de profissionalismo agora fico na dúvida se as rodas que condenaram se realmente havia nessecidade de desenpenar tendo em vista que conferir que eles também condenaram as pastilhas e eu graças a deus não troquei e as pastilhas ainda iram durar muito tem sair dessa loja as 13:00

I bought the bushings and gave them to change but then my problem begins when changing one of the bushings, the mechanic damaged it and negligently he put it anyway, delivered the service as soon as it was done on a Thursday. on saturday i came back and reported that the car was cracking with a strange noise, the mechanic left with me in the car he heard the noise and once again negligently said that it wouldn’t be the bushing that could be anything else, I left without solving the problem, I came back but once on Monday with the noise even more evident at 9:00 am after a long time of waiting to go out with another mechanic who was also aware of the problem and assumed that he knew the problem was the bushing but even more suggested that I give a drop of solder this so that his friend did not have to pay for the part that he damaged detail it would damage the balance double loss lack of professionalism now I am in doubt if the wheels that condemned if there really was a need to pluck considering seeing that check that they also condemned the pills and I thank god I didn't change them and the pills will still last a long time, you have to leave this store at 13:00

Mais os mecânicos que trocaram os pneus do carro ficaram pedido pra eu fazer serviços por fora da empresa ... dizendo que tinha tal peça em casa ... é me veio com a peça enrolada no saquinho da Mitsubishi... dizendo que era original! Não recomendo por conta disso! E outra vc paga para fazer o alinhamento bota 60 km/h a direção vibrando parecendo uma peneira industrial!
Vou pagar pra fazer outra em outro lugar por conta do medo!
