★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou entregador de aplicativos meu pneu dianteiro furou próximo a estação pampulha .... Fui empurrando a moto até nesta borracharia cheguei lá a porta está aberta , perguntei o valor 25 reais ,e o cara simplesmente falou assim comigo: já encerramos as atividades....
Eu no desespero pois moro em Santa Luzia. Implorei para ele me atendesse e até ofereci pagar 30 reais pois não havia outro borracheiro próximo . Ele me respondeu assim: O problema não e dinheiro não. Eu não vou fazer hora extra não. NAO DESEJO MAU PARA ESTE INDIVIDUO NAO .... MAS TOMARA QUE ELE PASSE PELA SITUACAO QUE PASSEI.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, falta de respeito e consideração ao cliente! Cheguei na borracharia 9 da manhã e estava fechada! Ok, como tinha levado meu pneu no braço deixei na loja ao lado junto com meu telefone e pedi por favor q qdo o borracheiro chegasse ela passasse meu número e mostrasse a ele o pneu.. 10:15 e não tinha recebido retorno, fui lá.. o rapaz estava dentro da borracharia,perguntei se ele ja tinha visto meu pneue ele falou q não tinha conserto,as q ia desempenar a roda e arrumar outro pneu pra mim, falou q me ligava em meia gora pra passar o orçamento! Deu meia hora, a hora, e nada! Entao liguei novamente, e ele disse que estava olhando e me ligaria! Após duas horas de espera e nenhum retorno voltei a borracharia! Resultado: não tinha desempenado a roda e disse que não tinha pneu pra mim! Revoltante! Perdi 3 horas com esse amador!
