★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 17 de setembro de 2021, fui a esta loja trocar o pneu de um Onix. Fui super bem atendido, e os problemas que tinham na suspensão foram explicados pelo mecânico e pelo gerente da loja, além do que eu já havia feito orçamento em outra loja. O mecânico explicava o serviço que ia fazendo e dizia que o tempo de realização era devido aos detalhes do carro, para não danificar o vidro e outros encaixes.
O trabalho foi feito com dois profissionais que se revezavam na traseira e dianteira do carro. Além de trocar os quatro pneus, mexeram na suspensão, nos amortecedores traseiros com muita transparência do valor das peças a da mão de obra.
Como passei alguma horas aguardando, o único ponto que achei que é possível melhorar é na parte de na sala de staff ao cliente, pois o ar condicionado está subdimensionado, e podia ter uma TV na sala para distração. Isso é apenas uma sugestão de melhoria, pois quanto aos serviços para os veículos eu recomendo a empresa e se tornou referencia para minha família, pela boa vibe da equipe, pelo profissionalismo e transparência. O preço também estava dentro do previsto, separando a mão de obra de cada parte do serviço.
Voltarei em breve.
On September 17, 2021, I went to this store to change the tire of an Onix. I was very well attended, and the problems they had with the suspension were explained by the mechanic and the store manager, in addition to what I had already made a quote at another store. The mechanic explained the work he was doing and said that the completion time was due to the details of the car, so as not to damage the glass and other fittings.
The work was done with two professionals who took turns at the rear and front of the car. In addition to changing the four tires, they changed the suspension, the rear shock absorbers with a lot of transparency of the value of the parts and labor.
As I spent a few hours waiting, the only point I thought it was possible to improve was in the customer staff room, as the air conditioning is undersized, and there could be a TV in the room for distraction. This is just a suggestion for improvement, as in terms of services for vehicles I recommend the company and it became a reference for my family, due to the good vibe of the team, professionalism and transparency. The price was also on schedule, separating the labor for each part of the service.
