Comprei 02 pneus novos, trinta dias apos surgiram varios rachados(trincados) em todo o diametro dos 02 pneus.
Voltei na loja, mostrei ao funcionario Silas e questionei sobre garantia.
Me respondeu que ele nao podia resolver, somente o proprietario e que so estaria na loja 10 (dez) dias seguintes porque estava viajando.
Retornei dez dias apos com um telefonema e pra minha surpresa o sr. Silas me respondeu que o proprietario mandou me informar que nao podia fazer nada.
Hoje 07/08/20 exatamente 05 meses apos a compra retornei a Campos e passei na loja, mas o proprietario nao estava.

I bought 02 new tires, thirty days after several cracked (cracked) appeared in the entire diameter of the 02 tires.
I went back to the store, showed the employee Silas and asked about warranty.
He replied that he could not solve it, only the owner and that he would only be at the store 10 (ten) days after he was traveling.
I returned ten days after with a phone call and to my surprise mr. Silas replied that the owner sent me to inform that he could not do anything.
Today 08/08/20 exactly 05 months after the purchase I returned to Campos and went to the store, but the owner was not there.
