Mas uma atendente loira, não sei o nome (eles a chamam de "Max") não tem qualquer preparado para lidar com público. Levamos o veículo para refazer o serviço de alinhamento e balanceamento que não tinha ficado bom e ela queria nos cobrar de qualquer forma, afirmando que o balanceamento não tinha garantia e que o alinhamento tinha 6 meses de garantia. Foi mal educada, revirava os olhos enquanto tentamos explicar que o serviço estava na garantia, virou as costas e só mandou irmos ao caixa e pagar. Mas ainda bem que o Pedro estava lá e nós atendeu de forma eficaz, pediu para estornar o valor e afirmou que realmente o serviço estava dentro de garantia e que ambos (balanceamento e alinhamento) tem 3 meses de garantia e não era necessário pagar. O local é bom mas vc tem que ser atendido pelas pessoas certas.
 I will not give 1 star in consideration to the manager Pedro who solved our problem quickly and is fully prepared to deal with the public, with accurate information. But a blonde waitress, I don't know her name (they call her "Max"), isn't quite prepared to deal with the public. We took the vehicle to redo the alignment and balancing service which had not turned out well and she wanted to charge us anyway, stating that the balancing was not guaranteed and that the alignment had a 6 month warranty. She was rude, rolled her eyes while we tried to explain that the service was under warranty, turned her back and just told us to go to the cashier and pay. But I'm glad Pedro was there and he answered us effectively, asked to refund the amount and said that the service was really under warranty and that both (balancing and alignment) have a 3-month warranty and it was not necessary to pay. The place is good but you have to be served by the right people.
