★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho palavras para descrever a picaretagem desta empresa. Algum tempo atrás levei meu carro para fazer alinhamento, pois tinha trocado recentemente os pneus. A empresa não realizou o serviço, alegando que a suspensão inteira do meu carro estava condenada, inclusive o coxim do câmbio. Mas eles não contavam que sou mecânico formado pelo SENAI de Taubaté. Então retirei o carro do local e levei em um outro mecânico que conheço e confio e ele confirmou a minha avaliação. Meu carro não tinha nenhum problema. Resumindo não passam de picaretas que devem estar fazendo isso a muito tempo e se aproveitando das pessoas por desconhecimento técnico do seu veículo e com isso trocando peças sem nenhuma necessidade.
I have no words to describe the hacking of this company. Some time ago I took my car for alignment, as I had recently changed the tires. The company did not perform the service, claiming that the entire suspension of my car was doomed, including the gearshift pad. But they didn't tell me that I'm a mechanic trained by SENAI in Taubaté. So I removed the car from the place and took it to another mechanic I know and trust and he confirmed my assessment. My car had no problem. In short, they are nothing more than pickaxes that must have been doing this for a long time and taking advantage of people due to their technical lack of knowledge of their vehicle and thus replacing parts without any need.

O carro tinha apenas 20mil km, depois que um conhecido disse que é de costume fazerem isso com pessoas com pouco conhecimento. Banda de pilantras

Ao serem questionados me disseram que no caso de agendamento o cliente precisa chegar 15 min antes do horário. Só que ninguém me avisou. Eu era cliente frequente dessa loja e hoje deixei de ser.
