Para o atendimento via whatsApp dou 0 estrelas. Uma empresa quando se propõe ao e-commerce precisa preparar a equipe para o atendimento. Fornecer atendimento via whatsApp pressupõe atendimento ágil, o que não aconteceu comigo a ponto de ter utilizado o velho telefone para obter informações. Deixar cliente esperando dias para uma resposta e ao final finalizar o contato não me parece muito indicado em tempos de mercado competitivo. Minha sugestão e sensibilizar a equipe para a importância do atendimento virtual que precisa ser tão bom quanto o atendimento presencial. Em tempos de retomada da economia, não dá pra perder clientes por falhas como essa. Eu ainda insisti mas quantos ao encontrarem problemas como esse desistem e procuram a concorrência?

For the service via whatsApp I give 0 stars. A company when proposing to e-commerce needs to prepare the team for the service. Providing service via whatsApp implies agile service, which did not happen to me to the point of having used the old phone for information. Leaving the client waiting days for a response and at the end of the contact does not seem to be very suitable in times of competitive market. My suggestion is to make the team aware of the importance of virtual assistance, which needs to be as good as in-person assistance. In times of economic recovery, you can't lose customers for failures like this. I still insisted, but how many of them, when they encounter problems like this, give up and look for competition?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja comprei 2 pneus no site com um preço atraente paguei no cartão de crédito. Quando entrei em contato para saber como proceder na retirada , foi informado que eles não tem pneu. Me informaram que estaria realizando o estorno. No mesmo dia entrei no site para saber o status da minha compra para saber se havia cancelado para que ocorra o estorno, consta no site que meu pedido está em processamento até a presente data. Entrei contato novamente com Thais responsável pelo site e a mesma me informou que o estorno já havia sido realizado e que eu deveria entrar em contato com a adm do meu cartão, aproveitei o atendimento dela e questionei o porque os pneus continuam no site com o mesmo valor sendo que não os possuem. A mesma me disse que é um erro de estoque ( OS MESMOS CONTINUAM ANUCIADOS). Entrei em contato com adm do meu cartão e fui informado que não tinha nenhum estorno. Indignado liguei mais uma vez para Thais que então me deu a seguinte noticia que eles realmente não tinha feito o estorno, segundo ela alegou que fizeram o estorno de um cliente errado. Moral da história? Não bastava me prejudicar prejudicou mais uma pessoa. O que compreendo: empresa de má indole que usa de uma propaganda enganosa para atrair os clientes alcançando com isso o uso do valor que o cliente dispõe até que o cliente se dê conta de que não receberá o produto daí então se intensifica o transtorno. CUIDADO!!!

I contacted Thais responsible for the site again and she informed me that the chargeback had already been made and that I should contact the adm of my card, I took advantage of her service and questioned why the tires are still on the site with the same value being that they don't have them. The same told me that it is a stock error (THE SAME STILL ANUCIATED). I contacted my card's adm and was informed that there was no refund. Outraged, I called Thais once more, who then gave me the following news that they had not actually made the chargeback, she said that they charred a wrong customer. Moral of the story? It was not enough to harm me, it hurt another person. What I understand: a company of bad character that uses deceptive advertising to attract customers, thereby achieving the use of the value that the customer has until the customer realizes that he will not receive the product then the disorder intensifies. CAUTION!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venda casada, os pneus que estão em promoção só é vendido se você fizer o alinhamento e balanceamento com eles caso contrário eles impôem uma serie de impecilhos para não realizar a venda....Atenção PROCON....Não consegui comprar o pneu que eu queria porque não aceitei a venda casada que é proibida pelo Código de Defesa do Consumidor...
