Pedi para colocarem dois pneus novos á frente durante a montagem dos pneus o funcionário fala que não dava pra fazer alinhamento e cambagem porque as bandejas estavam ruins, no ato do pagamento o gerente perguntou se não ia fazer alinhamento ao que o funcionário falou que as bandejas estavam ruins ( carro nunca fez barulho s e assistido em concessionária) o gerente falou que seria melhor fazer, o funcionário queria que fosse lá pra substituir bandejas e suspensão, aceitam serviço perto da hora de fechar e depois atendem mal o cliente, depois de tudo no caminho o carro começa com barulho enorme, cheguei em casa fui verificar e as porcas das bieletas estavam desapertadas!!! Nunca mais !!!! Tomara que fique só por isso que descobri

I asked to put two new tires in front of the tires during assembly, the employee says that it was not possible to make alignment and change because the trays were bad, at the time of payment the manager asked if he was not going to make alignment with what the employee said that the trays they were bad (the car never made a noise if watched at a dealership) the manager said it would be better to do it, the employee wanted it to be there to replace trays and suspension, they accept service close to closing time and then they serve the customer badly, after everything in on the way the car starts with a huge noise, I got home I went to check and the nuts of the belts were loose !!! Never !!!! I hope you stay just for that I found out

I called the store and the attendant hung up on me...kkkk....if you don't want to answer the phone, just don't put it...a pity...I ended up buying it at the competition that answered me :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, comprei um par de pneus preços ok. Porém 230 reais para alinhar,e bancear e dois bicos. Ok, me entregaram o carro com volante desalinhada, disseram que teria que fazer cambagen etc. Tudo pra comer o dinheiro do cliente. Fazem o serviço compressa, sem capricho. Me arrependo. Vou ter que gastar para alinhar o volante em outro lugar, mais aí não volto aí. Espero não ter problemas com o pneu. Não índico.
I don't recommend it, I bought a pair of tires at ok prices. But 230 reais to align, and bank and two nozzles. Okay, they gave me the car with a misaligned steering wheel, they said I would have to do camber etc. Anything to eat the customer's money. They do the compress service, without whim. I regret. I'll have to spend it to align the steering wheel somewhere else, but then I won't be back there. Hope I don't have any problems with the tire. I do not indicate.
