★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de uma bota com esta loja no dia 1º de junho de 2019 no mercado livre e fiquei aguardando que me mandassem o valor do frete. Duas semanas depois liguei na loja e a vendedora me falou que ainda tinha a bota e que iria se informar o que houve. Logo em seguida cancelaram a minha compra no mercado livre. Liguei lá e disseram que uma pessoa havia reservado a bota e levado a bota no mesmo dia. Obviamente esta loja está agindo de má fé e isso indica que não tem respeito por seus clientes. Se o que falou é verdade deveriam não ter vendido a bota à pessoa que a reservou depois que eu avisei da minha compra e honrado a venda uma vez que a reserva havia sido posterior a compra. É uma pena que existam comerciantes assim.
I made a purchase of a boot with this store on June 1, 2019 in the free market and I waited for them to send me the freight amount. Two weeks later I called the store and the saleswoman told me that she still had the boot and that she would know what happened. Soon after they canceled my purchase in the open market. I called there and they said that a person had reserved the boot and taken the boot the same day. Obviously this shop is acting in bad faith and this indicates that it has no respect for its customers. If what you said is true should not have sold the boot to the person who booked it after I notified my purchase and honored the sale once the reservation had been subsequent to the purchase. Too bad there are traders like that.
