★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei decepcionado ao levar meu veículo a esta oficina, que se diz ser referência no bairro, pois gastei rios de dinheiro e o problema sempre volta! Precisa melhorar e muito no diagnóstico do problema e deixar de lado o achismo, levando o cliente a trocar inúmeras peças até acertar, se acertar! Me parece que os mecânicos são orientados a trocar peças pela KM percorrida, e não pelas condições de uso!
 I was disappointed to take my vehicle to this workshop, which is said to be a reference in the neighborhood, because I spent a lot of money and the problem always comes back! It needs to improve a lot in the diagnosis of the problem and leave aside the guesswork, leading the customer to change countless parts until they get it right, if they get it right! It seems to me that mechanics are advised to exchange parts for the KM traveled, and not for the conditions of use!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje pela 3° vez seguida e não me atenderam, a 1° um tal de itamar alegou q tinha muito carro e não iria dar tempo pois a oficina fecha as 17:00 (eu cheguei as 14:00) na 2° nem se quer chegou alguem p me atender, e hj pela 3° vez fui lá e não fui atendido denovo, um dos mecanicos ainda foi falar com esse tal de itamar mas voltou dizendo q não tinha como me atender, cheguei lá por volta das 10:30 da manhã,
Um simples serviço de troca de Correia de acessórios e polias guias, fica aqui a minha indignação com essa Oficina ..

O preço parece ser um pouco mais caro que outras lojas em Paulista, contudo o serviço é de confiança. Hoje tenho um Sandero Stepway, e continuo executando serviços na Podium quando necessário!
I used to work at this store with a Palio that I had, and never had to go back to, this store has really qualified professionals. The price seems to be a little more expensive than other stores in Paulista, however the service is reliable. Today I have a Sandero Stepway, and I keep running services at Podium when needed!
