★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então, eu me senti enganada! Procurei o WhatsApp da clínica hoje, nunca tinha ido em podóloga e mexi numa unha minha que inflamou. Perguntei o preço do serviço, e a atendente disse que era 85 e com a unha inflamada 110. Ok, marquei e fui até lá. Tive que pagar antecipado, até aí ok. Eu achei que teria o tratamento básico das demais unhas e mais a unha inflamada, mas pra minha surpresa os 110 (CENTO E DEZ REAIS NO MEIO DA PANDEMIA) foram pra mexer só numa unha! Vocês tem noção disso? Por que isso não foi passado pra mim? Eu teria esperado desinflamar e ido lá pagar 85 pelo pé todo. Me senti extremante enganada.
A podóloga que me atendeu não teve culpa de nada, e me tratou super bem.
Mas por parte da atendente achei má fé sim.
Eu ainda perguntei se não era melhor esperar desinflamar pra ir. Mas nunca na minha vida achei que cobrariam 110 reais pra mexer numa unha só.
Eu precisaria voltar lá pra trocar o curativo dessa unha, mas não sei nem se tenho vontade de voltar num lugar desses!
Que pros próximos clientes vocês expliquem direito e não os enganem dessa forma!
Só não dou menos estrelas pela podóloga.
 So, I felt cheated! I looked for WhatsApp at the clinic today, I had never been to a podiatrist and touched a nail of mine that inflamed. I asked for the price of the service, and the attendant said it was 85 and with the inflamed nail 110. Okay, I made an appointment and went over there. I had to pay in advance, so far ok. I thought I would have the basic treatment of the other nails plus the inflamed nail, but to my surprise the 110 (ONE HUNDRED AND TEN REAL IN THE MIDDLE OF PANDEMIA) went to touch just one nail! Are you aware of that? Why wasn't that passed on to me? I would have expected to deflate and went there to pay 85 for the whole foot. I felt extremely deceived.
The podiatrist who attended me was not to blame for anything, and she treated me very well.
But on the part of the attendant I found bad faith, yes.
I still asked if it was not better to wait to deflate to go. But I never thought in my life that they would charge 110 reais to touch a nail.
I would need to go back there to change the bandage on that nail, but I don't even know if I want to go back to a place like this!
May the next customers explain you right and don't deceive them like that!
I just don't give less stars for the podiatrist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otimo atendimento. Já faço unha com podologo há muitos anos, porem de 3 anos pra cá encontrei a Lurdes na Clinica dos Pés Botafogo e estou muito satisfeita. A Clinica é muito boa, já fiz com outras profissionais la também mas a Lurdes é fora de serie.....Ela ainda disponibiliza um massageador de pescoço durante o tratamento nos pés. É uma coisa divina...super aprovado
Great service. I've been doing nails with a podiatrist for many years, but in the past 3 years I've found Lourdes at the Clinica dos Pés Botafogo and I'm very satisfied. The Clinic is very good, I've done it with other professionals there too, but Lourdes is out of the picture.....She even provides a neck massager during foot treatment. It's a divine thing...super approved

Meus pés ficaram maravilhosos, lisinhos, fininhos, sem cutículas pré-históricas. Consegui até ver que tenho unhas, rsrsrsrsrs Recomendo a Lourdes pra todo mundo. Se meu pé não fosse tão feio postaria fotos aqui.
Guys, I followed the comments here about Lourdes and went there to see it to believe it. I don't know if I fell more in love with the work or the woman's friendliness. My feet were wonderful, smooth, thin, without prehistoric cuticles. I even managed to see that I have nails, lol I recommend Lourdes to everyone. If my foot wasn't so ugly I would post pictures here.
