★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar. Cartuchos novos com preço muito acima do preço normal de mercado. Forçam compra de cartuchos novos. Atendimento fraco. Em hipótese nenhuma recomendo o lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo se forem fazer impressões de fotos lá. Antes da impressão, a moça que me atendeu mostrou um recurso que reduz a foto (horizontal/vertical) que faz muita diferença na hora da impressão. O problema é que ela não enfatizou para mim o efeito deste recurso na foto, limitando-se apenas a perguntar: "está bom desse jeito ?" Como no programa de impressão não dá pra você perceber o efeito direito, tive 3 fotos que saíram cortadas. Além do estresse, saí no prejuízo e nem me deram desconto.
I do not recommend it if you are going to do photo prints there. Before printing, the girl who attended me showed a feature that reduces the photo (horizontal / vertical) that makes a lot of difference when printing. The problem is that she did not emphasize to me the effect of this feature on the photo, just asking: "is it that good?" As in the printing program you can't really see the effect, I had 3 photos that were cropped. In addition to the stress, I left at a loss and didn't even give me a discount.

A funcionária Lorrane me orientou a fazer a transferência via pix e disse que o desing ia entrar em contato comigo para combinar os detalhes. Nesse momento chegou outro cliente e eu logo fui ignorada. Mas como já tinha pago e como eu já tinha o contato do desing eu fui embora. Enviei as informações por whatsapp e qd cheguei em casa a Lorrane me ligou e informou que o que eu solicitei por WhatsApp não tinha sido o acordado e ainda disse que eu não expliquei direito. Fiquei super decepcionada com o atendimento! Cancelei e não retornarei mais lá! Eu poderia pagar bem mais caro, mas se tivesse sido bem atendida.

I was super disappointed with the service! I canceled and will not return there! I could have paid a lot more, but if I had been well attended.

Nunca conheci em Copacabana uma loja com tantos profissionais comprometidos com o atendimento, e carregando com eles conhecimento dos produtos e explicando tudo detalhadamente.
A recarga deles é maravilhosa, além deles darem aula do manuseio, de quando há problemas com cartuchos,.... realmente é demais.

O preço é muito bom, recarreguei cartuchos HP preto por R$15,00 e o colorido por R$20,00. Eles oferecem um cartão fidelidade para que a sexta recarga seja gratuita. Atendimento bom e rápido.
Great place to refill cartridges. Refill made at the time, being possible to see the procedure through the glass. The price is very good, I refilled black HP cartridges for R$15.00 and the color for R$20.00. They offer a loyalty card so that the sixth recharge is free. Good and fast service.
