Meu marido comprou dois copos de açaí para comer em casa, escolhi os complementos através do whatsapp, Sucrilhos, chocolate belga(parecia água), creme de avelã (horrível) e creme de leite ninho ( que não veio), quando fui comer o copo de 500 ml estava cheio de creme e com apenas dois dedos de açaí no final do copo, liguei para tentar resolver e os atendentes me informaram que se eu quisesse mais açaí deveria ter pedido menos creme que são opções de complemento, eu queria comer açaí com complemento e não um copo cheio de creme ruim com duas colheres de açaí ??, a única opção que tive foi retornar ao local e pegar meu dinheiro de volta.
Atendentes não fizeram nenhuma questão de me poupar da péssima experiência, me tratando com grosseria, desdenho e indiferença tanto através da ligação, quanto pessoalmente no estabelecimento. Enfim não recomendo!!
Bad experience. My husband bought two glasses of açaí to eat at home, I chose the complements through whatsapp, cornflakes, Belgian chocolate (it looked like water), hazelnut cream (horrible) and custard cream (which did not come), when I went to eat the glass 500 ml was full of cream and with just two fingers of açaí at the end of the glass, I called to try to solve it and the attendants informed me that if I wanted more açaí I should have asked for less cream that are complement options, I wanted to eat açaí with complement and not a glass full of bad cream with two spoons of açaí ??, the only option I had was to return to the place and get my money back.
Attendants made no effort to spare me the bad experience, treating me with rudeness, disdain and indifference both through the call and in person at the establishment. Anyway, I don't recommend it!!
