★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma encomenda pela manhã no número de WhatsApp do local. Pedi 1 carne assada e tulipas, marquei horário da retirada e foi tudo confirmado por quem me atendeu. Porém qdo fui retirar minha encomenda, fui informado que nao tinha mais a carne assada pois só tinham anotado as tulipas. O mais interessante é q não tiveram nem a consideração de pedir ao menos desculpas pelo ocorrido, simplesmente falaram q não tinha mais é se ia querer as tulipas. Achei uma falta de profissionalismo do local, um erro grave para uma empresa que depende do consumidor.
I placed an order in the morning on the WhatsApp number of the place. I ordered 1 roast beef and tulips, I scheduled the pick-up time and everything was confirmed by the one who attended. However when I went to pick up my order, I was informed that I no longer had the roast meat as they had only taken notes of the tulips. The most interesting thing is that they didn’t even have the consideration of apologizing at least for what happened, they simply said they didn’t have any more if they’d want the tulips. I found a lack of professionalism in the place, a serious mistake for a company that depends on the consumer.
