Terrible service, I went there to buy a motorcycle and the guy didn't even bother to get up from his chair to attend to me. It gave little importance to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior negociação que já tive, problemas do início até o final quando achava que já tinha tudo resolvido. Moto que escolhi inicialmente XRE300 apresentou problemas já no início onde fui informado que era por causa da gasolina velha no tanque, a moto apresentava falhas e super aquecimento, diversas idas no mecânico, gastei dinheiro do meu bolso com promessa de reembolso e não tive, tentei cancelar negócio o máximo que me ofereceu foi sair com outra moto que não queria Ténéré 250 mas foi a saída que achei que resolveria, minha moto fazer 250 que dei na entrada ficou na loja para vender e eu assinaria o recibo depois da venda, resumindo moto foi vendida e furtada do novo proprietário antes mesmo de tirar do meu nome. Nunca mais volto a negociar com essa loja, proprietário não cumpre com a palavra aguardando reembolso a mais de 9 meses e a moto com queixa de furto ainda consta no meu nome.
Worst negotiation I've ever had, problems from the beginning to the end when I thought everything was already resolved. Motorcycle that I initially chose XRE300 had problems in the beginning where I was informed that it was because of the old gasoline in the tank, the motorcycle had flaws and overheating, several trips to the mechanic, I spent money out of my pocket with the promise of a refund and I didn't have it, I tried canceling the deal the best that he offered me was to go out with another bike that I didn't want Ténéré 250 but it was the exit that I thought would solve, my bike making 250 that I gave at the entrance was in the store to sell and I would sign the receipt after the sale, summarizing the bike it was sold and stolen from the new owner before it was even removed from my name. I will never negotiate with this store again, the owner does not keep his word waiting for a refund for more than 9 months and the motorcycle with a theft complaint is still in my name.
