Primeiro: O atendimento já não foi tão receptivo quando fui comprar. Segundo: Questionaram se realmente eu havia comprado na loja e por último e não mais triste: "Não somos responsáveis pela qualidade do tecido que o fornecedor utiliza para confeccioná-las". A pergunta que não quer calar: Se eles não são responsáveis, o fornecedor também não, porque somente eu fiquei com o prejuízo?
I purchased this product on 02/05/2018. However, with each wash, black spots appeared. In the last wash, all the fabric was compromised. I went to the store and? First: The service was not so receptive when I went shopping. Second: They questioned whether I had actually bought it at the store and lastly and no longer sadly: "We are not responsible for the quality of the fabric that the supplier uses to make them". The question that does not want to remain silent: If they are not responsible, neither will the supplier, because only I was left with the loss?
