★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei orçamento de instalação de 6 unidades de A/C na minha casa, recebi orçamento constando instalação e mais 6m de infraestrutura. Fui conferir a medição da infraestrutura (embutir o tubo na parede) e verifiquei na trena 2m somente. Comuniquei o técnico e enviei fotografia. Solicitei um retorno sobre a metragem passada e possível reajuste do orçamento, e até hoje não recebi nenhum retorno da empresa. Vale lembrar que é cobrado R$250,00 por metro de infraestrutura. Ressalto que o técnico foi pontual, objetivo e educado no local.
I requested a quote for the installation of 6 A/C units in my house, I received a quote with installation and another 6m of infrastructure. I went to check the measurement of the infrastructure (embed the tube in the wall) and checked the 2m measuring tape only. I contacted the technician and sent a photo. I requested a return on the past footage and possible budget readjustment, and to date I have not received any response from the company. It is worth remembering that R$250.00 is charged per meter of infrastructure. I emphasize that the technician was punctual, objective and polite on the spot.
