★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma pesquisa por telefone e a mocinha que atendeu (nao recordo o nome), numa má vontade de atender que chega dava desgosto, passou a informação que tinha oq eu procurava, e quando cheguei ate a loja me informaram que a fechadura estava em falta, fiquei chateada pois fui de longe la para buscar o produto.
Equipe interna sem o minimo de receptividade, e simpatia... lamentável o atendimento, oq salva é a humildade do rapazinho que corta a tela, o único que atende direito, a loja é ate boa em seus produtos mas a equipe nota 2 no máximo!
I did a search by phone and the girl who answered (I don't remember the name), in a bad desire to answer it arrived, gave me disgust, passed on the information I had what I was looking for, and when I got to the store they informed me that the lock was missing , I was upset because I went from there to get the product.
In-house team without the minimum of receptivity, and friendliness ... the service is unfortunate, what is saved is the humility of the boy who cuts the screen, the only one who attends right, the store is even good in its products but the team scores 2 at most !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa com preços competitivos, precisava de uma viga I com 3 metros, a barra vem com 6 mts eles cortaram sem nenhum preço adicional, comprei uma porta de aço o instalador Geraldo fez um ótimo trabalho na instalação recomendo!!
Company with competitive prices, needed an I-beam with 3 meters, the bar comes with 6 mts they cut without any additional price, I bought a steel door the installer Geraldo did a great job in the installation I recommend!!
