The car comes out clean, and the guy who receives the cars is kind, but the employees need to be more polite and more zealous for the client's car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da última vez que usei o serviço neste local, tive um prejuízo com o banco do meu carro (e ainda pior, quase me acidentei), pois quebraram a trava do banco do motorista. O que me deixou mais indignada foi ao entrar em contato no dia seguinte (no dia não pude voltar devido a um compromisso) e ser informada que eles sabiam do problema, mas deram um jeito no banco e achava tinha resolvido. Ou seja, pouco se importaram se aquilo pudesse me trazer algum acidente, o que de fato quase me acidentei ao ser arremessada para trás, no primeiro sinal de trânsito que parei. Isso me ocorreu desde Dezembro/17, e não tive retorno do estabelecimento para resolver a situação.
The last time I used the service at this location, I had a loss with my car seat (and even worse, I almost got in an accident), because the driver's seat lock was broken. What made me most indignant was when I got in touch the next day (the day I couldn't go back due to an appointment) and be informed that they knew about the problem, but they fixed the bank and thought it had resolved. In other words, they didn't care much if it could bring me an accident, which in fact almost caused me an accident when I was thrown back, at the first traffic light I stopped. This has occurred to me since December / 17, and I have not had a return from the establishment to resolve the situation.
