Fui em uma terça-feira, ao chegar fui informado que atendimentos envolvendo CNH acontecem todos os dias de 9:00 às 11:00, exceto às terças-feiras.
Logo, voltei na quarta-feira às 9:00, chegando lá fui informado que apenas as 15 primeiras pessoas que chegam são atendidas, e o mesmo atendente que me falou que o atendimento ocorre de 9:00 às 11:00 me recomendou chegar às 7:00.
É um DESCASO, uma PERDA DE TEMPO e um DESRESPEITO com o contribuinte.
ps: não atendem o telefone, única maneira de conseguir informações é indo lá pessoalmente, e ainda assim passam informação errada.
I wanted to change the address on my driver's license.
I went on a Tuesday, when I arrived I was informed that consultations involving CNH happen every day from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, except on Tuesdays.
So, I returned on Wednesday at 9:00 am, arriving there I was informed that only the first 15 people who arrive are served, and the same attendant who told me that the service takes place from 9:00 am to 11:00 am recommended that I arrive at 7:00.
It is a NEGLIGENCE, a WASTE OF TIME and a DISRESPECT with the taxpayer.
ps: they don't answer the phone, the only way to get information is to go there in person, and they still give wrong information.
