A entrega do passaporte, depois de pronto só é feita de segunda a sexta-feira, entre 8:30 e 11:30. Meu filho teve que faltar escola para buscar o passaporte. Não seria absurdo que a entrega fosse feita durante todo o horário comercial, de modo que as pessoas consigam flexibilizar seus horários para buscar o documento., Ainda mais considerando ser um serviço pago, e muito bem pago, quase 300 Reais por um livrinho de papel com cerca de dez folhas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the station today to extend our visas as we are currently unable to return to our 'home' countries due to the Covid status of Brazil. All the staff we met were kind, efficient and gracious. We waited for just a little over an hour and received our extensions for which we are super grateful.
Most of the staff spoke English too which was a huge blessing.
We highly recommend visiting this station for your immigration needs.
